    Trusted, certified, and effective - maybe the single best supplement I've ever taken

    This product is fantastic. We all know creatine is one of the most researched supplements out there, and the fact that this is a clean, certified product gave me the confidence to try it. I’ve lost almost 90 pounds over the last ~15 months and this has helped me maintain lean muscle along the way. Where I notice it most is recovery.     Helped heal my total shoulder replacement

    I amazed the surgeon that did my shoulder surgery! He compared xrays of before, in between, and 6 months after. He said whatever l was doing to keep it up because I was growing new cartilage! My range of motion will be back to normal at my 12 month checkup!!!
