I can feel the difference
I switched to Optimal Amino from another brand that costs roughly twice as much for the same product. In doing so I can now better afford to take an appropriate serving amount for my weight and activity level. I can absolutely feel the difference in the way my body responds both by my energy level, reduced soreness, and more restful sleep and recovery. Why would I go back to paying more to experience less effectiveness? I recommend Optimal Amino to all of my friends who exercise to feel better and be more healthy!

Using religiously 10-20 tablets( ugh) a day! It is some work taking that many of not so easy to swallow pills. I’m 65 and an Avid fitness person so, I’m looking for that Edge that will help me get through the next decade in Peak Physical & Mental state! Time will tell with my intense HIIT cardio protocols and my Twice weekly Full Body( Body Weight & Iso-Kinetic) regimens. Did Perfect Aminos for 6 months in powder form. Thought I ordered pills? Not sure how theirs compare on efficacy, # of Pills, per recommence dosage? Hope this helps! The mandatory Recommend or not question should have a neutral or evaluating option
