The tablets may not be for everyone but they don't have a taste per se and it is a quick 30g of fully metabolized protein with out the cooking time or calories. No brainer folks

I would recommend Optimal Amino to anyone.
Particularly, if you are working out in a fasted state.
They will not break your fast and help you to both retain and build lean muscle.
