    Big shift

    This is so easy and has been the only thing that really made the difference w always feeling too hungry at the wrong times. I have genetic connective tissue challenges. This is so much help to get protein nutrition without the work of digestion.... Swallow ten tablets is well worth the pay off. Feeling much stronger physically also.
