Refund Policy

General
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible to return for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Shipping charges are not refundable.
For health and safety reasons, only unopened, unused products are eligible to be returned for a refund. Under no circumstances will a refund be given because a customer does not like the taste of a product. Customers can get free samples of all five flavors and because essential amino acids are naturally very bitter and taste preferences vary greatly between individuals, we recommend trying the free samples before buying a larger container.
Orders can only be canceled for a full refund (including taxes and shipping charges) before they have shipped. Simply email us at customerservice@optimallabs.net to request cancelation before shipping or click on the cancel link in your order confirmation email.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We are happy to accept returns of unopened items but, due to health and safety reasons, opened items are not returnable for a refund. However, a coupon code may be given for store credit at OptimalAmino.com for authorized returns of opened items.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
Store Credit
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the store credit was approved or not. If approved, you will be sent a one time use coupon code in the amount you paid for the returned item (not including shipping or taxes) that can be used on a future purchase at OptimalAmino.com for our various products.
Starting a Return
To start a return, you can contact us at customerservice@optimallabs.net. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
