It tasted absolutely awful and they didnt even give me store credit or anything and I was a first time orderer. I would have purchased something else from them if they had handled it the right way.

Optimal Amino is a great supplement to gain & maintain muscle mass. As a senior I take my resistance work seriously. It's important that I provide my body the essentials required to repair & rebuild muscle tissue.

I like to make my workouts count, and I can't imagine working out without taking my EA's. I've gotten stronger since incorporating them into my workouts.
