The tablets are easy to swallow and really help me get my protein in, especially when watching calories. I’ve got my dad on them too. Clean, effective product for a fair price from really great humans. You can’t lose here.

This is a great amino acid product. I use it daily. At age 63, I really believe it helps me with muscle gains and muscle retention.

I needed ALLOT of help. I decided to try Optimal Amino at the suggestion of my neurologist tonal chiropractor. I had muscle wasting due to a statin and lack of movement. It has been 4 years of consistent use and I am a big believer. At age 68 - off my statin - and moving very well- I feel "normal" again. Yes, aging has its own issues. This is a no brainer for support!
