I really appreciate that Optimal Amino offers a multi-pack with all 5 flavors — it gave me the chance to try them all before committing to a favorite. That was a smart move on their part and a huge win for me as a customer!
I'll be honest — the taste took a little getting used to at first. But once my palate adjusted, I was hooked! After working my way through all 5 flavors, my clear favorites are 🍉 Watermelon and 🥭 Passion Mango. Both are refreshing, not overly sweet, and actually enjoyable to drink.
If you're on the fence about trying Optimal Amino OTG, I'd highly recommend starting with the variety pack. Give the flavors a chance — your taste buds will catch up! The convenience of the stick packs makes it super easy to take on the go, and I love that I don't have to haul a big tub everywhere.

I bought this because why drink just flavored water. Now when I work I drink flavored water but get aminoacids at same time. Excellent taste on top of that.

I found the flavors to be quirky. Not true natural flavors and the flavors offered seemed to be weak.
Great customer service, I have noticed a difference in energy after drinking the aminos' after working out.
