I take, at least, two servings of Optimal Aminos a day, I workout about six days a week and I fast around 22 hours each day. Optimal Aminos really help me to maintain my muscles mass.

I feel this is a great product. I typically take a one half dose about 30 minutes before bedtime. I feel this has helped me improve my strength during workouts the following day with less fluid intake than a normal protein shake would require right before going to sleep
