The taste is bitter unless you get it really cold & add ice but definitely can tell a difference in my muscles after 1 month of use!

I like this so far. I have been using the powder. I plan on switching to the tablets so I can more easily take them to work. I love not breaking my fast and maintaining my protein intake. Fantastic stuff!!

I have used amino acid products before this is pretty good tasting as a great formula and I am feeling the difference taking it several times a day instead of my normal protein intake while I diet.
