You can cancel anytime, with no commitment and no fees. You have three ways to do it:
- From your account: Log in at account.optimalamino.com, select Subscriptions, then click Cancel next to the item you want to cancel.
- From any subscription email: Every order confirmation, renewal reminder, and charge confirmation we send includes a Manage Subscription link. Click it to go straight to your subscription page and cancel from there.
- Email us: Send a note to customerservice@optimallabs.net and we’ll take care of it within one business day.
You can also click the chat icon in the bottom right corner of any page. Our AI assistant Katie will walk you through cancellation step by step.
Once you cancel, your subscription stops immediately and you won’t be charged for any future orders.
