My wife and I are vegan and sometimes when we are traveling it is hard to get enough protein. Optimal Amino is great clean option without all the extra junk. I first started taking it for pre-workout but soon realized it has other uses as well. We generally take the powder in the morning and supplement with the tablets is the afternoon.
