Can’t tell..
I keep getting emails asking me if I’d recommend Optimal Amino..so I’m finally writing a review. But I can’t tell if I’m getting any benefits. I’m just hoping I’m supplementing my protein intake adequately with these tablets & hoping I really don’t need the 9th essential amino acid like they claim you don’t.
